Hire charges include (where available) use of lighting, heating, sound and audio-visual equipment and use of kitchen.

Hire charge for evening events and children’s parties assume exclusive use of the whole Hall for the event, including (where available) use of lighting, heating, sound and audio-visual equipment and use of kitchen.

Hire charge for weddings and similar events assume exclusive use of the whole Hall for the day of the event, including (where available) use of lighting, heating, sound and audio-visual equipment and use of kitchen, from 09.00 to 23.59. A charge of £20 is included in the hire charge for additional cleaning after the event. If the Main Hall is required the day before the event in order to prepare, the two-day charge will apply. A 10% deposit may be required on making the booking with the balance due prior to the event.

A bond cheque of £100 for Studland residents, £200 for non-residents, may also be required for weddings and similar events, as decided by the Village Hall Management Committee. This will be returned within 28 days of the completion of the hire period providing that no damage or loss has been caused to the Hall or its contents during the hire period as a result of the hiring.

(Please note the hire charges do not include use of the Studland Social Club area.)
